 The company began its activity in 1942, with the manufacture of small mechanical devices and parts, which quickly led to the production of mechanical counters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initials E.M.I.T. are the initials of the first name of the Company (Mechanical Specialties of the Textile Industry) becoming Talleres Emit, S.A. in the year 1960.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

In 1979, the Company’s Management changed and a period of diversification and expansion of its activity began, both in manufacturing (Electromechanical Meters) and commercialization (Electronic Meters). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specialization in meters (Mechanical, Electromechanical and Electronic), makes Talleres Emit, S.A. in the only company in the Spain, dedicated exclusively to this activity, mainly as a manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year our sales tend to be more international, markets like Europe and Africa make us feel proud of our products since from SMEs to multinational companies trust us.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
